And, historically, they have been opaque and misunderstood, the cause of grief and stress, and not built to serve everyone equally. I couldn’t be more excited about the opportunity to back founders building financial services and products that better serve people and businesses alike.
Experience/Education
I studied Economics and Political Science at Williams College.
My career began at Promontory Financial Group, advising banks and fintechs on risk management and strategic and operational initiatives. I then joined two teams at Affirm: the Financial Partnerships team, where I focused on consumer and merchant underwriting, and the Corporate Development and Strategy team.
Oh, and I’ve been writing a fintech newsletter, The Fintech Update, since 2017.
